Description
This extra virgin olive oil, obtained from Taggiasca quality olives, has characteristics of great purity that make it particularly delicate, rich and velvety, perfect for enhancing the fragrance of simple or refined foods, without ever covering them. It has a yellow-green color, a pleasantly almond flavor and a soft scent, with a slight floral scent. It goes very well with fish dishes and is great with all vegetables, both raw and cooked. Perfect ingredient of the classic pesto and walnut sauce. Thanks to its delicacy it can be used in recepies of cookies and shortbread.
